At Tots & Thinkers, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and hassle-free delivery for all your baby essentials and educational toys. Our delivery options and pricing will be displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Delivery Costs & Availability

  • Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery postcode.

  • Some delivery options may not be available in certain areas.

  • Large-format items over 25kg may have specific shipping restrictions.

  • We offer multiple delivery options to suit your needs, including:
    ✅ Sample Delivery – Free (for select products)
    ✅ Courier Service – Up to 25kg
    ✅ Kerbside Delivery – Over 25kg

Sample Orders

  • Sample orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a courier service.

  • One free sample per product per household is allowed.

  • Placing multiple sample orders under different names/addresses for free delivery is not permitted and will be canceled.

  • Certain areas may have a 2kg weight limit for free sample delivery—additional charges may apply if exceeded.

Orders Up to 25kg

  • Orders up to 25kg are securely packed and shipped via a trusted courier service.

  • A delivery date must be selected at checkout.

Orders Over 25kg or Large Format Items

  • Orders over 25kg may be boxed or palletized at our discretion.

  • Palletized deliveries will be offloaded using a pallet truck—please make prior arrangements for placement and storage.

  • A delivery date must be selected at checkout (excluding sample orders).

Delivery Timeframes

🚚 Standard Delivery – 4 Working Days
🚀 Express Delivery – 3 Working Days
⚡ Priority Delivery – 2 Working Days

Important Delivery Terms

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding weekends).

  • Orders must be placed before 1 PM to qualify for same-day processing. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

  • Some postcodes may incur additional delivery charges.
